1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DayBy.dev ("DayBy", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DayBy is a web app that helps developers showcase their work by formatting activity (e.g., GitHub changes) into public pages and a living CV.

3. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of your posts and content.
You can delete content or make it private at any time.
You grant DayBy a limited license to host, format, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

4. Selective Publishing and OAuth Access

You control what is published. You can choose which content becomes public and which repositories DayBy can access through OAuth. We only access repositories you explicitly authorize.

5. Use of AI

We use OpenAI services to process certain content (e.g., article/CV generation and editing). By using DayBy, you consent to this processing. We aim to run models on our own infrastructure in the future.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading unlawful content, violating the rights of others, or attempting to disrupt the service.

7. Payment

Some features may be paid. Payments are handled by our payment processors subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

DayBy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We focus on technical aspects of your work and strip out business rules wherever possible to protect sensitive information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayBy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email.
